What happens when you grow up in an Italian household and spend many years cooking with your Mom and Grandma? You move to the Berkshires and offer a cooking class with your Mom.

In between singing and running her business Il Chiostro Linda attended The Art Institute of New York formerly The New York Restaurant School and cooking became another form of artistic expression.

Linda’s Mom Josephine has always said that good food and making good food is a way to keep a family together. Certainly in all of our lives many memorable moments have been spent around a table celebrating life.
