Gallery of Artists Peter Ganick

Peter Ganick holds a degree in Music Composition from Boston University (1969) with additional study at Brandeis University, MIT, and The Berkley School of Music. At one time he was the publisher of Potes & Poets Press, ABACUS, white sky books, and blue lion books–all avant-garde and experimental literature. His work in visual art began in a seminal critique course with Paul Zimmerman in the early 1980s. He continues to be involved with the West Hartford Art League, and his work is often exhibited in the Hartford area in solo and companion shows with Carol Ganick, his wife.
