Film: “Vow from Hiroshima” – Free

Showing of a spectacular, tragic film marking the 75th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima. An intimate portrait of Setsuko Thurlow, a survivor of the US atomic bombing of Hiroshima, who has devoted her life to ridding the world of nuclear weapons, as seen through the lens of her friendship with second generation survivor Mitchie Takeuchi.

We are honored that Mitchie Takeuchi, who is also producer of the film and whose grandfather was a doctor at the time of the attack, will be with us for an introduction and discussion.
