The Sandisfield Arts Center Gallery is located on the first floor of the Arts Center and presents 6 to 8 shows a year featuring local artists.
We generally have shows each month or six weeks during the season (May through November), each beginning with an opening reception where you can meet the artists, view the work, and enjoy light refreshments.
Many shows feature an artist talk.
After the reception, the Gallery is generally open weekends 11 to 3 and during performance dates or by appointment.
Please contact us at [email protected] if you are interested in having your work shown at the Arts Center or in arranging an appointment to visit a show outside normal hours.
To get a real-life sense of our gallery, watch artist J.D. Logan hanging his work for his 2018 show at our gallery (from his Instagram page with permission).
2024 Shows
After the Thaw: May 4 – May 25, 2024 Painting above by Marilyn Omer. “After the Thaw” is a theme derived from the anticipatory time of year when New Englanders joyfully greet the burgeoning signs of spring: blooming flowers, green grass emerging through softening ground, and longer visitations of the sun.
